I think Muslims have a saying that black seed oil is a cure for all diseases except death. That's been my experience so far. This brand in particular is great. Mild flavor with a texture that's easy to swallow. Glass bottle is a plus. Customer service is great.

I’m pretty sure I got the last two bottles of BSO in the metal cans, but I cannot complain one bit. The taste is very manageable, good info on the bottle, and just an overall great product. Shipping to Canada was much faster and easier than I anticipated which is also huge for me, so I will not be hesitating to order more from 100% Naturals! I ordered BSO to help with my cholesterol levels and oxidative stress primarily, but I’m also taking an SSRI and recently found out you have to be careful when taking the two of them together. So for anyone in the same boat as me, just make sure you do your research or talk to a professional. I’m glad I found 100% Naturals though because I have the confidence their products are top tier and not snake oil. Fully recommend!
